Oakland Camera Club (OCC)
A place to share the photos you've taken, what you know about photography or about what you would like to know about photography.
The Oakland Camera Club is a camera club open to all who would like to join and share photographic tips, knowledge, photos and some laughs. Please come out to visit and perhaps even join.
The Oakland Camera Club serves Oakland County, Michigan and surrounding areas. Many of the members are from the general area but many also come from as far as Howell and Shelby Twp.
We are also a member of the Greater Detroit Camera Club Council www.gdccc.org.

Membership Information:
Browse our website and learn more about membership and our competitions. We suggest you come and visit us at one of our meetings. We would be happy to show you what we do.
To gain access to the website and become a member, click on "Login" at the top right corner of the page. Use the section "New User Registration" to create an account. Your request for membership is submitted automatically by this process. You will receive an e-mail telling you where to send your dues and asking at which competition level you wish to compete. You cannot enter a competition until your competition level is set. Once your dues have been processed, your membership will be activated and you will be able to access the member areas of this website. To submit images, you must be a registered user and have a competition level set. (e.g. Beginner or Advanced)
Meetings:
1st & 3rd Monday of each month -- EXCEPT for Holidays and the months of July and August -- all meetings/competitions start at 7:00 PM.
- 1st Monday of each month is Print Competition. Print set up starts at 6:30 PM. Entries are to be submitted by 6:45 PM. Thumbnails of the print entries must be uploaded to the competition website by Midnight the Saturday before the competition is held. (If any meeting falls on a Holiday, we will meet the following evening).
- 3rd Monday of each month is Digital Competition. Digital entries must be uploaded to the competition website by Midnight the Saturday before the competition is held. (No digital meeting the 3rd week in May as our Annual Year-End Banquet is scheduled. Also, there is no digital meeting the 3rd week in December because of the Christmas Holiday.)
